  • What is your return or exchange policy?
    We want your shopping experience at Baby Bop Tops to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, been sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you. Please see our simple rules and procedures for returns below: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date your order. All returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn and with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Please note the tracking number if applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. *Please allow 5-8 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and PayPal 4 Pay.
  • How do I apply a gift card or discount code?
    If you are on a mobile device, click “View Order Summary” up at the top of the checkout page and a box will appear for you to input the code. If you are on a desktop computer, the box will be on the right side of the screen at checkout.
  • How do returns work?
    14-day return policy for all products. This means that we accept returns up to 14 days after the customer receives their product. After 14 days, a store credit may be issued instead.
